December. The final month of the year and coincidently the final month of my studies. I'm finished! Finito... if you will! It's simultaneously exciting and sad.

Cactus Clutch

Our brief for this assessment was to develop a print or embellishment design and present it on a T-shirt, bag, hat, or whatever else your imagination could come up with. I began the tedious process of creating some cactus designs on Wilcom. I ended up loving this application, and being able to choose all the different types of stitches... if only I could afford the $10,000 machine for myself.

Whitehaven beach is a haven

Here is the last installment of my adventures with my friends in Airlie Beach/ the Whitsundays.

On this particular day, we booked an excursion with 'Ocean Rafting', which took us to Whitehaven beach and two snorkeling locations.

All aboard the Paddleboard 4/5

Today started off by hopping on a bus and making our way down to shute harbour to hire out a couple of paddle boards between us. I should also mention, that there are signs up everywhere warning you not to swim in the water, because there may be jellyfish present, which may be lethal. Anyway, dying is no laughing matter and it was abundantly clear that we did not want to go in that water! But, then on the other hand we would have to pay even more money for stinger suits. Savvy saver being my middle name, caused me to be a life risk taker and not get a suit.

Cloudy with a Chance of Skydiving 3/5

Such an amazing day. Some may even say, air-mazing (cause I was skydiving in the air, get it!) Can I get a 'the most funniest person out' hey yooooo!

Today we woke up bright-eyed and bushy-tailed, ready to walk into the main part of town to do some exploring. We took a slight detour to the harbour for an accidental, small photoshoot (oopsie), and then ventured to the man-made lagoon.

Cappadocia

Arriving in Kayseri airport I was smack bang in the middle of Turkey. I was greeted by mountains dusted with snow and a vast countryside filled with fields. As we made our journey to our cave hotel in central Cappadocia, little rock peaks slowly started to appear and become more prominent.
